The location was marvellous, not too far from a short street. Further, it was so close to house restaurant and coffee shops and skytrain or MRT and Terminal 21 mall.

The units are a nice size and well furnished with comfortable beds.

It was a perfect and peaceful location near to a separate, attached cafeteria, Terminal 21 Central World mall and the adjoining BTS stop, and BTS / MRT / Terminal 21.

Fairly clean, top quality hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff at the front reception desk. Particularly good and perfect location at a medium distance from Emporium and Emquartier. Appreciated calm area.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in their accommodations. The location is very convenient, situated close to BTS Asok station and adjacent to the Terminal 21 shopping mall. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The breakfast at the Coffee Club offers a variety of options, including vegetarian choices.

My favorite hotel overall in bkk is this one. Best service, location, facilities and price that you can find hands down.

Nicely appointed room, good sized tv with dvd player, comfortable bed and linens. Kitchen well equipped with large fridge. Free, decent (!) coffee in the lobby.

• The front desk staff were very robotic and perfunctory. Not impolite or unpleasant, just really businesslike and cold—very unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed at in Bangkok. • No free Wifi, b400+ charge per day. In this day and age, 400 baht for internet, really? And for goodness' sake, put a stool at the Mac in the lobby. • No tuk-tuk service to the bts. Rembrandt, and pretty much all the other service apartments on the soi have one, which we saw passing us as we walked to the bts. A big deal when you have a pregnant wife and 3-year-old in tow.

The location was great and unbeatable, for example, a huge mall was not too far from the hotel. Our room was exceptional and fantastic with comfortable beds. A storage and a writing desk turned out to be good.

had a fantastic stay at maitria, exceeded expectations! superb central location with easy access to shopping and dining options. friendly staff, clean rooms, and a rooftop pool for relaxation. definitely my go-to choice in bangkok!

The service is fantastic, great location, rooms have everything you need and the rooftop pool is great to just lounge around and take in the amazing city skyline view.

Overall I rate this hotel 10/10 however the one thing that frustrated me was the fact internet is not inclusive..ouch. I am a businessman and it is imperative that I use the internet on a daily basis, I would like to see an Oakwood card that I get benefits such as free internet etc for my loyalty. I use to go Westin whenever I travel but service is now lacking and prices are disgusting. Oakwood is a much better alternative, get me a benefits card and you have a customer for life I travel 24/7 for work and this is a must.
